Pay your invoice online via a check draft

Invoice Information

Your invoice for service will be delivered to you via email as an attachment.  The attachment is in the Adobe PDF format and requires that you have the free PDF reader from Adobe to view your invoice.  If you are having a problem opening the attachment, please see the PDF Help Info below for instructions.

You may choose either a due date of the 15th or 28th for your service invoice.  By default, all invoices are initially set to the 28th, but for those who get paid at the end of the month, the 15th may be a better option.

Payment Information

There are currently three payment options.  All invoices are due, in our office, no later than the due date shown.

1)  You can mail payment to:

TNT Internet Express, Inc.
PO Box 522
Denver, NC 28037

2)  You can make a one-time check draft payment at:  Pay your invoice online via a check draft

3)  You can set up automatic check drafting at:  Pay your invoice online via a check draft .  Before submitting the form, select the option to have your payment automatically drafted for future invoices.  If you are set up for mid-month billing, your check draft will deposit between the 13th and the 15th for each billing period.  If you are set up for end of month billing, your check draft will deposit between the 25th and the 28th for each billing period.

NOTE ON CHECK DRAFTS:  This is not a "hard coded" draft at the bank.  Our software prints a check draft that we deposit in our account.  When you get your bank statement, the check we printed will be included as if you had written it to us.  The only difference is, that you save the hassle of writing a check and the cost of mailing it to us.

PDF Help Info

There are two things that can prevent you from opening your invoice in Outlook Express.  Please check the following items.

1)  With Outlook Express open, at the top of the window, click "Tools", click "Options".  When the Options window opens, click the Security Tab at the top of that window.  On this screen, look for the line that reads "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that potentially be a virus".  If that line has a check beside it, un-check it.  That will prevent you from opening the attachment even if you have the PDF reader installed on your computer.  Once you have un-checked that line, at the bottom of the window, click "Apply", and then click "OK".  If you have the PDF reader installed on your computer, you should now be able to open the attached invoice.

2)  If you do not have the PDF reader installed on your computer, you can click the link below to download it.  After you click the link, a window will open asking you whether you want to open or save the file.  Choose open, and the file will begin downloading.  Once it has downloaded, it will automatically begin the install.  NOTE:  The file is large, 8.7 MB, so it will take quite awhile for it to download.

After the free PDF reader from Adobe has finished installing, you should now be able to open the attached invoice.  If you have performed both of the steps above, and you still cannot open the invoice, click the following link to send an email to tntbilling@tntie.com and describe what happens when you attempt to open your invoice.
